My grandmother wanted to get her basement stairs updated/fixed. We went to Home Depot to get an estimate and that's how we got connected with Elite Home Remodels. The owner Javier, contacted my grandmother the same day, and was able to come out the next day (I believe) to give an estimate. He was thorough in assessing the area & then he explained to us, what he would do to make our stairs like new... without having to actually build us new steps.We were able to book an appointment for the following week (it was already the weekend). Anyway, within a few days, those old, somewhat sturdy railings & stairs indeed looked brand new! It's nice to be able to go up and down the stairs with the confidence knowing, they're strong & durable! They remove some damage drywall and replaced it, plastered and painted it. Great quality work.
